I have received a 110W atv. After charging the battery i tried to start the atv but it sounded like the starter was grinding. I changed the starter out but it still sounds like something is grinding. I pulled the chain case cover off and didn't find anything there out of the ordinary. Is there anything you can help me out with to fix this problem
